Downloads following are enormous, they are here to help those who seriously want to look at the FOA program. The books have the information that is needed. They total many thousand of pages.
The first brochure is about fifty pages written in both the French and English language. This brochure is a simplified explanation of what the program is all about. It was produced under the direction of President Dabine Dabire, it is large because of all the pictures and it may take anywhere from five minutes to fifty minutes to download depending on your server.
The Main Plan
The main plan is a series of books that is just that, The main plan. There are four files here. The first of which is the table of contents. This table of contents is by far smaller than the other books. The way to study these books is to go through the table of contents and find the subject that you wish to look at and then find that page number of the contents in one of the three big books. You can see that all of these books are large. They are large in number and they are large in computer time to down load. So be sure to give your computer time to download it.
FOA Mini-district Industries
These three books are a small version of the more than fourteen hundred books that make up the contracts between Gran Mas and various Industries. The industries include everything from making rebar, glass, doors, windows,etc. These industries are being built to provide all of the materials used in the construction of the housing as well as the industries as well as having product for sale throughout the countries of Africa. The Mini District is the small version of the Industrial. The Industrial will be built in each of the other countries, Burkina Faso, Mali, Togo and Cote d’ Ivoire. Again these are large files, give them time to down load.
Dabine Dabire - The Big Con
