A Warning from a Fellow Businessman.

This is an email sent to me about a year ago by a man that got really hurt by Dabine Dabire (Item 5). I have copied his email from April, 2011. I have not included his names or others that are in the original email. But it shows what has happened to far too many people that have been conned.

Dear Mr. “I don’t know your name”, President at [Redacted],

I have instructed international attorneys to perform researches in order to find Mr. Dabire and take him to international penal & financial courts.

I was referred about your website (www.foahq.com), so I took the opportunity to contact you.

You seem to have been really impressed by Mr. Dabire. Indeed, he always looks like a very nice man and so interested in helping people via his project.

I’d no go into long details because it would take me hours to explain you everything I know about him and who he really is.

Just to make the story short : I worked for him during several months (March 2008 until Feb 2009) in his offices in Milano (Italy). He appointed me as Director of Economical & Financial Studies (Business Planning) and Special Advisor for the President. My business associate (in cc copy of this email) was Vice-President of Strategy and Interim Vice-President for Human Capital.

As many (sooooo many others), we believed in his project and brough our contribution, by getting other people involved, recruitments friends to work for him, using our financial networks to support his development, etc… We put 1000% faith in him, based on all his nice speaches and also on all the contracts that he signed with several major companies worldwide (+/- 300 contracts) and the involvement of lots of government. We were just like you, following him all around the world.

In the end, he left italy (actually he run away before he was caught), with total liabilities of almost 30 to 50 million EURO.

We were accomodated by him in a hotel (ATA HOTELS, Contessa Jolanda in Milano) from which we were taken out (by force) because he had not paid them, and flew (after putting his family at safe), leaving several million EURO bill.

I spent the following months trying to rebuild my personal and professional reputation in Europe (because, due to my position, i was unfortunately associated with his wicked and evil acts) and also got in trouble with friends, legal administrations, financial institutions, etc…My “experienced” costed me +/- 200 kEUR, in addition to the +/- 700 kEUR unpaid salaries that he still owes my business associate and me.

He paid us one single month of salary over the full year we spent working for him,with bunch of excuses and lies day after day.

I’m not even mentionning the people that we recruited (among these personal friends) that all left the company and started legal actions. He still has to pay them some 400 kEUR (he also paid them one single month of salary).

He furthermore had lots of people leaving their jobs in Invory Coast, Italy, France, French West Indies etc… to join in…and not get paid any single penny.

Some even came with children and wife and got stucked in this mess, and came back to their origin country, having lost almost all…

For your information, we personnally put some funds to support him (paying blackberry devices and phone bills, ordering cars on his behalf, …).

I don’t know you, but please, don’t waste your money supporting this guy, or you’ll really regret it as he’ll keep on promising you lots of money arriving (“i have an agreement with a big group, blablabla…”) but nothing will get real.

I heard a few months ago that he had managed somehow to get people in the US putting money again in his project, for real this time. If i manage to reach them, i’ll send them hundred of pages of legal actions against him, so that they see who they’re dealing with.

I know it may sound hard to believe, or you may think i’m just a frustrated ex-employee wanting to blame my previous employeer. First of all, please note that I had setup my own company before i came working for him. He actually asked us to get rid of the company, in order to be 100% depending on him. We refused to do so, thanks God.

I see in your post that he’s proposing you a Vice-Presidency for Construction. Please, I beg you, don’t leave your company for some dreams…

I have with me hundred of evidences of every single word i’m writing to you, including :

• detailed list of unpaid suppliers (with phone numbers and emails) that can ALL confirm to you what i’m saying
• detailed list of all companies that went bankrupcy because of him (they had given him money to support his project, expecting huge contracts within his project)
• detailed payroll (unpaid, of course)
• detailed list and coordinates of ex.employees that left without a penny
• detailed list of class actions launched against himAdditionally, just to make you know that i’m telling the truth, I give you a few examples :
• The logo you’re using on your website was designed by Mrs. Alexandra ESKE (a senior designer that I had recruitment from luxembourg and i took to italy, along with her husband, in order work within the Marketing Division).  He still needs to pay her some 20kEUR…
• The text that you are using in the introduction files (downloadable via your website) are partially taken out of some introduction files that we personnally redacted
• Part of the pictures that you are showing of the future cities, etc… are copy-pasted from what was done by the Architect Office that designed this for Ivory Coast (he went bankrupcy, by the way, because of Mr. Dabire). His name is Dr. Paghera
• Other part of the pictures are coming from another Architecture company that he made work for months without paying them.I mean, i could speak to you for hours about this all-but-honest guy.I have the phone number of his most confident attorney here in Italy, that supported him for years and almost went bankrupcy also. If you want to be put in relationship, i can do it.Again, he is a very very clever and smart guy, with an extremely strong presence when you meet with him. But I’d like to warn you, because I wish someone had done the same for me with so many explanation. He is an actual thief, a liar, and an actively researched man… Several international law practices are launches against him…You can tell him what I told you, he will invent bunch of lies to explain and, very likelym you’d believe him, just like we did for months when very few had the bravery to approach us.If you’re really an honest person, call me or send me your phone number, we’ll discuss it further.. Since last week I have heard from two other people that Dabine Dabire has taken extreme advantage of. They have asked me to do what I can to stop this nonsense – hence this missive.

I have had this website restarted. It was what I had made while under his spell. You can see it is gloss and exaggeration. Please look at it but do not fall under its spell.

MAKE NO MISTAKE – DABINE DABIRE WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU.

Again this is not written to “get even with him”. I could care less if I never heard from him again. In fact I would rather not. It is written to warn others about the situation. In fact I called the FBI agent that has his file this morning to bring him up to speed on what is happening.
