We received an email from a gentlemen, here listed as “An Honest Person”, and thought it would be good to post his email and our reply here on the website.

Mr. Dabire is currently in Italy and is proposing the formation of a team of engineers to design the building in Africa.

Dear Honest Person:

Good Luck to you. I think Dabine innately would like to do what he says. But he has a huge mental handicap. He wants to plan and plan and plan and plan. Go back to FOAhq.com and look below the last stuff we have added about his hurting people. You will find that the website has almost 300,000 pages of planning on it. Many of the people that did the planning and documentation were never paid. He has left huge bills at hotels such as the Beau Rivage ($1,000,000) and not paid them. He talks great but I can assure you that if you play with him you will get hurt.

If he wants your help have him pay up front and keep it up front.  I have never seen so much planning. You must get into it on the website and you will see it. But nothing done. I watched him sign a lease for 14 floors of the biggest building in Dallas but when it came time to pay the bill he did not do it.

He borrowed money from me and did not repay it. He still owes me $50,000.  After he agreed to pay me a huge amount to help him.

He is fun to be around until you realize he is a very nice con man.  And if you dig into his plans you will find much that is not good or doable. Good luck to you.
